Our recruitment process has three stages:

Step 1 - Apply:
We recommend you to send your application by registering yourself to and visit our career portal at or our corporate website at, then send your application against the current openings. However, other than the current openings, you can apply by selecting your desired department along with your major skills. Registered users can easily get information about any updates through the auto-generated email service of our HR department. Applicants not interested in registration can simply email their CVs to and mention the positions being applied for. Applicants who apply for a position receive an e-mail confirmation acknowledging the receipt of their interest. Unfortunately, because we receive a large volume of inquiries, we cannot personally respond to each one. However, be assured that if there is a potential fit between your background and an open position, you will be contacted.

Step 2 - Interview & Assessment:

The process depends on the role you are seeking. For some candidates, an interview with a human resources representative and operational team representatives will suffice. For others, the process may involve you in multiple steps, for example, giving a presentation, working through a case study, technical tests and interviews, or an assignment. Of course, if we ask you to prepare for the interview, we will send you instructions in advance. You will also receive a full briefing when you arrive at the site. At most times, initials interviews are conducted to verify the desired skills. It is important to note that all candidates applying for the same position will go through the same process to ensure that we treat individuals fairly and consistently since HaqTech strongly believes in equal employment opportunity. Step 3 - Selection & Offer:
Selected candidates are called for a final interview with an HR representative. Offers of employment are made by telephone. After the verbal offer, we send a formal offer via email. Please note that out HR team verifies the background checks of all new joining employees.

One of our recruiters will review your resume for qualifications and job fit. If the recruiting line manager agrees with the recruiter's assessment, you will be contacted for the next stage. Where will I go?
Interviews are held at the office where the role for which you have applied is located. In all cases, we will provide you with directions and will help you arrange accommodation as needed.

Generally, you will meet with the human resources representative; who will manage your interview.

What should I wear?
Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident. A candidate dressed in a suit and tie would be great.

When will I hear from you?
We recognize that it is important to give a timely update after your interview. You should expect to hear from us no later than one week from your interview date, though in some instances we may not have a definite decision for you.
